Cancellations / No shows

Single bookings (1-4 rooms): If canceled within 7 days prior to arrival, a one-night cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Group booking (5+ rooms): If cancellation is made within four weeks prior to arrival date, one night's cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

No Show: If a guest does not show up, the full price of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Children and extra beds per room

A child under the age of 6 stays free of charge when using an existing bed in the room.

A cot can be requested for toddlers and is free of charge.

An extra bed is available for a fee.

The maximum number of extra beds/cots in a room is 1 and is only available in DBL / TWIN and SUP rooms.

** It is not possible to have an extra bed in a TRPL room or SGL room. **

Parking lot

There is a large parking lot in front of our main building and there are also spacious parking lots in front of the other buildings. Disabled guests are free to use the designated parking available in front of the main building.

All guests of the Hotel park free of charge.
